S\u00e3o alguns comandos simples para se criar um arquivo de swap e us\u00e1-lo imediatamente, ou habilit\u00e1-lo no boot.<\/p>\n<p>Executei estes comandos para criar um swap adicional de 2 GB no meu laptop (CentOS 5):<\/p>\n<pre>\r\ndd if=\/dev\/zero of=\/home\/swapfile bs=1024 count=2097152\r\n\/sbin\/mkswap \/home\/swapfile\r\n\/sbin\/swapon \/home\/swapfile<\/pre>\n<p>N\u00e3o tenho certeza quanto \u00e0s outras distros.
