E se aplic\u00e1ssemos esse m\u00e9todo a distra\u00e7\u00e3o online?<\/p>\n<p><em>Cold Turkey<\/em> \u00e9 o nome que se d\u00e1 a um m\u00e9todo abrupto de interrup\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00edcios. Sem diminui\u00e7\u00e3o gradual ou medica\u00e7\u00e3o, simplesmente parar de repente. Se usado em casos agressivos de v\u00edcio em \u00e1lcool ou drogas pesadas, o Cold Turkey pode ser perigoso, devido aos reflexos psicol\u00f3gicos e qu\u00edmicos a abstin\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Aplicado \u00e0 vida digital, o Cold Turkey significaria livrar-se de toda e qualquer distra\u00e7\u00e3o. Numa paulada, de vez. Talvez possa ser aplicado a uma distri\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica, como Twitter, por exemplo, ou Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Pesquisei um pouco, e vi que essa n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma ideia nova. Tem at\u00e9 um software gr\u00e1tis chamado Cold Turkey.
